Company Description: AXA Brasil is an insurance company offering insurance for individuals and businesses. It is a subsidiary of AXA, one of the world’s largest insurance groups. AXA Brasil began operating in the country in 2015 and has headquarters in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

Project Participation: Delivery Manager (via Compass UOL)

Challenge: To coordinate the UX Design team allocated to AXA and their deliverables, focusing on team leadership and performance management.

Solution: I conducted weekly meetings with the client to understand the UX professionals’ participation, performance, and focus. I provided daily support, technical guidance, and mentorship to the team. This included conducting one-on-ones, facilitating career development, and resolving issues. We focused on performance monitoring, communication, and conflict resolution.

Tools: Notion, Planner, Qulture Rocks, MS Teams (Collaboration, task management, performance management, and communication tools)

Period of Operation: Jan/22 to Oct/22

Results: The client expressed high satisfaction with the team’s performance. The number of allocated professionals increased due to the quality of work delivered. I oversaw the professional growth of the allocated designers, generating a 100% revenue increase over the period. We also improved existing tools for brokers and created new sales tools in new AXA business areas (such as business car insurance), demonstrating value delivery and business growth.
