Challenge: To coordinate the UX Design team allocated to Sem Parar and their deliverables, emphasizing team coordination and stakeholder communication.
Solution: I conducted weekly meetings with the client to understand the UX professionals’ participation, performance, and focus. I provided daily support, technical guidance, and mentorship to the team. This included conducting one-on-ones, facilitating career development, and resolving issues. We focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Results: The client expressed high satisfaction with the team’s performance. The number of allocated professionals increased due to the quality of work delivered. I oversaw the professional growth of the allocated designers, generating a 200% revenue increase over the period. We also created new sales features for Insurance, Fintech, and other areas within Sem Parar, showcasing innovation and business impact.
